ABOUT US
Spring Shadows is an established family community in thriving west Houston. There are currently 1967 homes in the Spring Shadows subdivision. The Spring Shadows Civic Association was created to promote the welfare of the residents, including protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing community involvement opportunities.
OUR PURPOSE
The Spring Shadows Civic Association (SSCA) is organized and incorporated to exercise, promote, and protect the covenants and interests of residents of the Spring Shadows subdivision, Houston, Texas. The goals of the SSCA are to:
- Foster a healthy interest in the civic affairs of the community
- Develop and encourage good citizenship by establishing a feeling of mutual pride and unity among residents
- Inquire into civic abuses and seek relief or reformation thereof, especially with respect to those abuses affecting either the residents of the subdivision or the subdivision itself
- Enhance and maintain both the value and aesthetic qualities of properties located within the subdivision
