AppFolio Resident Portal

After creating a member account in AppFolio, Spring Shadows homeowners may:
 

  • review individual account status 

  • pay fees

  • access important HOA documents and information such as:
    a) the annual budget report
    b) monthly board agendas
    c) board meeting minutes 
    d) section board directors - contact emails
    e) bylaws, deed restrictions, and other governing policies

 

 

TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ACCESS THE SPRING SHADOWS PORTAL:
