All owners are required to submit an Architectural Control Application for approval by the Architectural Control Committee prior to installing a generator. The required documentation is as follows: 1. Submit the application and indicate the type of generator “for example: 22KW (Brand) Generator” and where the generator will be placed on the lot. 2. Submit a property survey or a detailed drawing. Clearly mark the proposed location of the generator and indicate the path of the gas line on the survey or drawing, using any color other than black). 3. Submit a brochure of the generator that includes specifications, dimensions, etc. 4. Provide a copy of the contractor’s bid with costs blacked out.
Once the application has been reviewed and a decision has been made by the Architectural Control Committee, the owner will be notified if the application has been approved or denied. NO WORK IS TO COMMENCE PRIOR TO A DECISION.
